I would recommend Alexa Developments to anyone. We had a period of only 8 weeks to totally refurbish offices before we had to move in.
All of their operatives worked tirelessly, even nights and weekends, to ensure that the works were completed on time.
The works run very smoothly and all trades, and there were numerous, were co-ordinated brilliantly.
The outcome was beautifully refurbished offices that met all of our requirements and expectations. The works included new IT, electrics, ceilings, carpets and WC’s to name but a few. Works were kept within our budget as well.
We will continue to use Alexa Developments for all of our maintenance works and have recommended them to other occupants within our office building.

GENERAL
I would be delighted to recommend Alexa Developments. Our project, the refurbishment of a period Soho town house, was a rather complicated one and the building sprang many surprises on us. But Alexa always rose to the challenge. The communication channels were always open, and we always reached a good resolution when we had problems. There will always be difficulties in any building work, but it’s how you deal with them that counts. And most importantly - in the end we got the house that we wanted, thanks to Alexa.
BATHROOM
We wanted a high-spec bathroom with a walk-in shower, arranged to make the best possible use of a rather awkward space. The bathroom is now one of the ‘wow factor’ rooms of the house, and the tiling in travertine stone was done beautifully.
KITCHEN
The kitchen presented several problems. It is a high, narrow space, and had to include a boiler. Alexa worked long and hard to get the project right, and we now have a stylish kitchen perfectly suited to the space.
We employed Alexa Developments for our 2 storey side extension on the recommendation of our architect. The works included everything from foundations right through to decorating. We found them to be professional, reliable and able to finish work to a very high standard. The programme slipped a little at first but Alexa really turned it around towards the end to make sure we could move back in on time (a few days before a new arrival in the family!)
We are very pleased with the final build and would certainly recommend Alexa Developments.
